ACS Air Conditioner service has to be the best! We needed to have a few service issues addressed and every tech was awesome. They installed a new thermostat, duct cleaning and numerous issues with our old AC/heating unit. Our latest tech was Orlando who is extremely professional. I have used ACS for many years for servicing. Recently, during the coldest days of December, my heat went out. Reps came out repeatedly to relight the pilot light - never once pressuring me to get the system replaced (it is an older system and I knew it was time, but they were always accommodating and helpful!). I obviously had to replace my heating/air conditioning so naturally I turned to them. They were, as expected, incredibly helpful and gave me several options for a new system - no pressure to get the most expensive option! The installation was quick, technician pleasant and efficient. I have always found the staff to be polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend ACS to anyone!!

He also provided detailed information of the different types of HVAC units for our air conditioner needs. The two ACS technicians were very courteous and professional.
